“…When compared with other technologies used to fabricate antireflective coatings on Si substrates, we obtained similar values of reflectance than those obtained using porous black silicon 27 at wavelengths below 400 nm and above 600 nm, but again with the advantage of having a constant value of reflectance over the whole spectral range analysed in our case. The improvement of the antireflective properties of the coatings we developed is also evident when comparing their performance and that of textured Si substrates with pyramidal hillocks 28 , especially in the range of wavelengths below 500 nm.
