The article is devoted to the study of the conceptual foundations, theoretical and methodological aspects, as well as current directions for improving the procedure for conducting verifications of the reliability and completeness of information on income, expenses, property, compliance with prohibitions and restrictions, and the fulfillment of duties established in order to combat corruption. The authors substantiate the relevance and significance of the research topic. A brief description of the prevalence of corruption at the international level is given, the need for a greater emphasis of public authorities on correction in accordance with the realities of state anti-corruption policy with its simultaneous transformation into evidence-based - evidence is specified. As one of the significant components of the state anti-corruption policy, an anti-corruption check is considered as a procedural measure and, at the same time, a mechanism for control and supervision activities in the field of combating corruption in the public sector of the state. The thesis about the inconsistency of the conceptual justification (deconceptualization) of the anti-corruption check is argued, which, according to the authors, is a consequence of the incompleteness of its institutionalization. Directions are proposed for the formation, development and strengthening of institutional frameworks, as well as, in general, improving the procedure for conducting verifications of the reliability and completeness of information on income, expenses, property, compliance with prohibitions and restrictions, the performance of duties of civil servants established in order to combat corruption in the bodies power.

The article is devoted to the study of promising tasks of improving public administration processes at the federal level in the context of a new stage of digital transformation of public management. The authors argue the relevance and significance of the research topic. The current stage of digital transformation of public administration in foreign countries and in the Russian Federation is analyzed and evaluated, expressed in the transition of the “digital government” public administration model to a new stage of development – to Version 2.0 – the “GovTech-government” model. A general description of the trend directions of GovTech-technologization in the world practice of public administration is given, examples of local experience of their implementation in foreign countries are considered. The thesis is proved about the possibility of achieving great results and effects in improving the processes of public administration at the federal level in the Russian Federation in this direction, despite the situation of socio-economic instability in the country. Emphasis is placed on the fact that for the purposes of a successful transition from the “digital government” model to the “GovTech-government” model, there is a need to centralize management in new priority cross-departmental development areas, introduce other “administrative” GovTech development tools that have been successfully tested and applied in international practice of public administration at the federal level.

Several alternative approaches have been proposed for supply chain modeling majority of which steady-state models. These models cannot adequately deal with dynamic characteristics of supply chain system affected by lead time, demand fluctuation, sale prediction and so forth. Static models in particular cannot describe, analyze and provide solutions for a key issue in supply chains called bullwhip effect. The bullwhip effect is information deviation from one end of the supply chain to the other which intensifies fluctuation and change in demand from downstream to upstream. This issue leads to major deficiencies. One of the approaches used to cope with dynamic issues is control systems approach. In present study, a predicting model controller was developed to minimize the bullwhip effect in supply chain. In addition, a prediction methodology is integrated into predicting model control framework to predict uncertainty in distorting demand behavior. Integration of a prediction methodology in predicting model control framework improved the controlling system's performance. The main feature of demand signal used in model design is its fluctuation and distortion. One of the main factors behind bullwhip effect is demand signals processing and in fact, the predicting model used.
