The role of FIGO-PALM pathologies in heavy menstrual bleeding resistant to levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (Mirena®) treatment

Abstract: Objectives: To evaluate of the indications requiring surgical treatment after Levonorgestrel-Releasing Intrauterine System (LNG-IUS) (Mirena®) treatment due to heavy menstrual bleeding.
