The role of extrapleural pneumonectomy for malignant pleural mesothelioma: reviewing 20-years of experience

Abstract: Background: For patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM), a multimodality treatment concept including neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radical surgery offers improved overall survival.
