The Role of Environmental, Social, and Governance Performance on Attracting Foreign Ownership: Evidence from Saudi Arabia

Abstract: This research aims to examine whether corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate governance (CG) attract foreign investors as key indicators of a firm’s sustainability.
