“…Expuesto lo anterior, cada vez son más las organizaciones donde las exigencias relacionadas con la actividad laboral son el detonante de un mayor estrés y desgaste profesional (Nespereira-Campuzano y Vázquez-Campos, 2017). Diferentes estudios sostienen que la adquisición de competencias emocionales, la creatividad emocional y bienestar subjetivo favorecen la prevención del burnout, permitiendo afrontar situaciones adversas derivadas del ejercicio profesional (Beauvais et al, 2018;Vizoso-Gómez y Arias-Gundín, 2018). Siendo así, la relevancia de este estudio sobre la incidencia de la IE rasgo sobre la satisfacción vital y bienestar subjetivo, en procesos de desgaste profesional, despersonalización y falta de eficacia profesional de profesionales de atención directa a personas con DI, mantiene la sinergia sobre la viabilidad de aspectos relacionados con la prevención a través de programas formativos de IE (Gavín-Chocano y Molero, 2019), para un mejor desempeño de la actividad laboral (Fornés-Vives, García-Banda, Frias-Navarro y Pascual-Soler, 2019).…”
