Bullying merupakan masalah serius yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan siswa di sekolah. Bullying di sekolah dapat dicegah antara lain dengan meningkatkan pengawasan dan menetapkan sanksi yang tepat bagi pelaku kekerasan. Pilihan lainnya adalah dengan memberikan sosialisasi dengan berbagai cara, salah satu caranya adalah dengan memasukkan materi yang menantang dalam pembelajaran yang berdampak positif bagi perkembangan pribadi siswa. Konseling merupakan salah satu metode preventif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Komunitas sekolah yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan guru ikut serta dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pesertanya berjumlah 45 siswa kelas 4 dan 5 Madrasah Ibtidiyah KH. Sidomulyo dari Sundus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengaktifkan konseling Stop Bullying di Madrasah Ibtidiyah KH. Sisomukti Sidomulyo Jombang untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap tindakan bullying, mengurangi perilaku bullying dan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih aman. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pencegahan bullying dilaksanakan dengan berbagai program efektif seperti bimbingan, konseling dan pendidikan karakter. Sekolah merespons dengan baik pencegahan penindasan di sekolah dengan memberikan bantuan bagi korban penindasan, melatih para pelaku penindasan, dan memulai program pengembangan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, sekolah dapat terus melakukan pemantauan meski harus memasang CCTV di setiap sudut sekolah untuk memantau secara ketat perilaku setiap siswa. Sekolah juga memulai program pencegahan perundungan dengan membuat peraturan tertulis

“…Based on a survey conducted by Latitude News in 40 countries in 2022 shows that there are five countries with the highest cases of bullying the first are Japan, Indonesia, Canada, and the United States, and in fifth position is Finland (UNICEF, 2022). The Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) 2022 received 161 complaints about bullying in the educational environment, amounting to 22.4%, with the Eareast Java region having the highest bullying cases at 59.8% (Annisa, Aprilianto, Suhandani, & Jayanti, 2022). This research aims to examine the influence of self-management and empathy on the tendency of bullying behavior among teenage students through the mediating role of the school well-being variable for students in the three largest Islamic boarding schools in Jember Regency, East Survey Province. This research is a non-experimental quantitative research with a survey design. A total of 160 randomly selected students participated in this survey research. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the WARP PLS 7 application and the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23 application. The analysis results using WARP PLS 7. Found values that show that: 1) self-management influences the sixth tendency of bullying through school. Well-Being is 13.5%. This result means that the higher the student’s self-control, demonstrated by the ability to control their emotions when teased by friends, the better the social relations between students, teachers, and school employees, which will impact their behavior in avoiding the use of bad words. Put down friends you do not like. 2) empathy influences the tendency for bullying behavior through School Well Being by 23.8%. This result means that the higher the perspective shown by the attitude of trying to see a problem from another person’s point of view, the better the social relations between students and teachers and school employees so that it has an impact on behavior to avoid using bad words to demean friends who are not liked.

Cases of bullying in Indonesia, particularly within the educational sphere, are attracting increasingly intensive attention due to their detrimental impacts. This research aims to explore social transformation in the educational context, specifically focusing on the role of teachers in establishing an environment free from bullying behaviors. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study design. Data collection utilizes observational techniques and in-depth interviews, subsequently undergoing analysis through processes of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To ensure data validity, technical assessments are conducted through technical triangulation, source triangulation, and member checks. The primary findings of this research encompass several aspects. Firstly, physical forms of bullying involve behaviors such as shoulder grabbing, hitting, and foot stomping. Meanwhile, verbal bullying manifests through name-calling, forced borrowing, and the invocation of parental names. Secondly, the main causes of bullying behaviors stem from family factors, with the influence of media, including television broadcasts and mobile phones depicting violent scenes, also playing a contributing role. Thirdly, teachers' strategies in addressing bullying involve interventions between students, performing ablution, seeking explanations from both parties, and encouraging offenders to acknowledge their mistakes and apologize. The results of this study offer in-depth insights into the dynamics of bullying in the Indonesian educational environment, simultaneously serving as a foundation for the development of more effective and inclusive prevention strategies.
