The Role of Digital Technologies in the Formation of Soft and Hard Skills among State and Municipal Managers

Abstract

The authors consider the above-described skills as strategic competencies of a modern manager and look for innovative ways to master them. The substantiation of the importance of developing soft skills in people in general, as well as the relevance and necessity of their development specifically by managerial personnel, is given. An analysis of the benefits of using digital technologies in the process of developing these skills among employees is also presented.
