The role of D1R-MSN in video game addiction and relapse

Abstract: Drug addiction, or substance use disorder, is caused by interference of drugs with how neurons are sent, received or process neurotransmitters to one another. The use of drugs will cause cravings, and this is due to the stimulation of the brain’s reward system.
