The role of corporate directors in the development of territorial clusters

Abstract: Corporate governance tools allow the implementation of programs for the development of territorial clusters. At the same time, the role of corporate governance in regional development is underestimated. At the legislative level, labor relations with board members playing a key role in the company's significant corporate events are not currently regulated.
