Abstract:The results of the analysis of patent, scientific and technical information and the own research data on promising biologically active additives: arabinogalactan, dihydroquercetin, polysaccharides, bioactivated wheat grain are summarized. The raw material for the production of arabinogalactan and dihydroquercetin is mainly Siberian larch (Lárix sibírica) of the pine family Pinaceae.
