The Role of Adrenomedullin in Cardiovascular Response to Exercise – A Review

Abstract: Adrenomedullin (ADM), the product of the vascular endothelial and smooth muscle cells, and cardiomyocytes, is considered to be a local factor controlling vascular tone, cardiac contractility and renal sodium excretion.
