The role of a national geological survey in the development of a sustainable society, with special reference to Bangladesh

Abstract: The National Geological Survey is a senior research-oriented scientific organization in the field of geosciences in many countries. It represents the geoscientific community of a country, and, as a result, its roles and responsibilities are vast in comparison to any other geoscientific organization.
