Abstract: The aim of the study: to determine the influence of genetic predisposition and diet on the risk of severe acute pancreatitis (АР). Materials and methods. The results of diagnostics and treatment of 547 patients with acute pancreatitis were analyzed, 97 of them had a severe АР. Patients' blood DNA samples were used as research material.
