Abstract:In the present study, an approximation is used to study viscosity as a function of pressure at different temperatures. The correlation so obtained is applied to study the viscosity of biodiesels extracted from soybean, Vistive soybean, canola, used canola, coconut and rapeseed. The computed values of viscosity from the proposed model were found to be in good agreement with experimental data throughout the range of pressure and temperature studied. The maximum average absolute relative deviation (AARD%) and mea… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
