Summarizing the results of the special literature, it is appropriate to state that the actual issue of introducing modern Fitness Technologies into the System of Individual Physical Training of women military servicemen of Institutions of the Security and Defense Sector of Ukraine (SDSU) – an insufficient number of Scientific works are devoted to it. In addition, based on the Results of the Analysis of Research and Publications, it was established, that of comprehensive Research dedicated to the Implementation and testing of modern Fitness Technologies in the System of Physical Education of female cadets of Higher Mili tary Educational Institutions (HMEI) of SDSU – not conducted. This emphasizes the relevance, timeliness and practical component of the chosen direction of Scientific Research. Research Methods: axiomatic, idealization, historical and logical, descent from the concrete, formalization/In the Process of Research and Analytical work, we developed an Experimental Program of Individual Physical Training of female cadets of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine with an emphasis on the use of modern Fitness Technologies. The Results of the Empirical study are Implemented in the System of Physical Education of HMEI cadets (women) of SDSU Institutions. Prospects for Further Research in the chosen direction of Scientific Research include the organization of a Pedagogical Experiment to test the effectiveness of the Program of Individual Physical training of female cadets of Higher Military Educational Institutions of SDSU with an emphasis on the use of modern Fitness Technologies.
