Aim To evaluate the relationship between physiological and psychological stress on pregnancy outcome in women undergoing in vitro fertilization‐embryo transfer (IVF‐ET) treatment. Methods Women undergoing the first IVF cycle were enrolled to complete the Self‐Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self‐Rating Depression Scale (SDS). Their blood samples were collected on the 3rd day of the menstrual cycle to measure 5‐hydroxytryptamine, renin, norepinephrine, angiotensin II and cortisol. Salivary amylase was obtained on the embryo transfer day. Results Compared with normal women who came to the hospital for regular physical examination, the incidence of anxiety and depression was higher in women seeking for IVF treatment. After psychological intervention, the condition got improved and the incidence of anxiety and depression was 6.25% and 7.81% separately in these women. There were no significant differences between the anxiety scores in women with and without pregnancy. The depression scores did show some statistically differences, with higher scores in the nonpregnancy group. The level of 5‐hydroxytryptamine, renin, norepinephrine and cortisol were not significantly different between the two groups, while angiotensin II and salivary amylase seemed to be negatively correlated with pregnancy outcome. Simultaneously, a positive correlation was found between angiotensin II and anxiety and depression scores. Conclusion Depression during IVF has a negative impact on pregnancy outcome. The measurement of angiotensin II and salivary amylase might be reference index for the psychological status of patients during IVF‐ET.

Background: This study aimed to evaluate the value and feasibility of ultrasound multimodal score in the evaluation of endometrial receptivity in patients with artificial abortion (AA). Methods: Sixty-eight patients with AA (AA group) and 70 women of the childbearing age without any history of abortion (control group) were recruited between January 2018 and December 2018. All subjects received the examination of endometrium in the middle luteum phase (7-9 days after ovulation) with two-dimensional grayscale ultrasound, two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound, and three-dimensional ultrasound, and the quantitative scores were obtained and compared between two groups. Results: The quantitative score of endometrial receptivity was 10.46 ± 2.99 in the AA group and 13.49 ± 2.21 in the control group showing significant difference (p < 0.05). Conclusions: Ultrasound multimodal quantitative scores can be used to evaluate the endometrial receptivity of patients with AA.

Цель исследования-определение значимости прегравидарной подготовки в повышении эффективности экстракорпорального оплодотворения. Материал и методы. Обследованы 122 пациентки моложе 37 лет с двумя и более неудачными попытками экстракорпорального оплодотворения в анамнезе: 60 наблюдаемых, которым до переноса эмбриона выполнена адекватная прегравидарная подготовка, составили 1-ю группу; 62 пациентки, которым прегравидарная подготовка проводилась не в полном объеме,-2-ю группу. Оценены течение и исходы беременности в двух группах. Результаты. Прегравидарная подготовка позволила устранить или уменьшить признаки хронического эндометрита, нормализовать гормональный профиль, реологические свойства крови и состояние эндотелия сосудов. Проведение прегравидарной подготовки увеличило толщину эндометрия с 8,13±1,42 (2-я группа) до 10,66±2,28 мм (1-я группа), а также улучшило гемодинамику как в крупных, так и в мелких сосудах. Применение ПП позволило повысить ЧНБ с 32,3 до 51,7% и показатель «take home baby» с 17,7 до 36,7% соответственно. Заключение. Прегравидарная подготовка позволяет повысить эффективность ЭКО у больных с бесплодием за счет улучшения рецептивности эндометрия. Ключевые слова: рецептивность эндометрия, прегравидарная подготовка, экстракорпоральное оплодотворение.
