The repercussion of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Brazilian courts

Abstract: The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) was the first treaty to be incorporated as a Constitutional law, according to the determination of the Brazilian Constitution for human rights treaties.
