The Relationships Between Job Embeddedness, Person-Organization Fit, and Turnover Intention

Abstract: This study aim to examine the relationships between job embeddedness, person-organization fit (POF), and turnover intention. Job embeddedness is a variety of conditions that make individuals feel attached to their job and organization.
