Abstract: Background The pathological Johnsen score (JS) is a quantitative histological scoring system used to assess spermatogenesis in men with nonobstructive azoospermia (NOA), while elastic modulus derived from shear wave elastography (SWE) is a diagnostic tool for evaluating spermatogenic dysfunction.
