The relationship between TQM practices and organisational innovation outcomes

Abstract: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to study the role of slack (both moderating and mediating) to stimulate the relationship between total quality management (TQM) factors and innovation outcomes relative to gaining competitive industry advantages.
