The Relationship between, Psychological Well-Being and Occupational Self-Efficacy among Teachers in the City of Mysore, India

Abstract: This study aimed at exploring the relationship between Occupational Self-Efficacy and psychological well-being among teachers in the city of Mysore, India. There are two major objectives of the study: to study the relationship between occupational self-efficacy and psychological well-being; and to investigate the effect of the variable of gender on occupational self-efficacy and psychological well-being. 600 teachers, from both Government and Private Schools, have been drowned by random sampling.
