Recent scientific findings as well as situation with big share of remote work in different fields have rised the importance of the burnout gained attention in academic studies world-wide. Many researchers studied different aspects of burnout and came with different important findings. Aim of this study is to investigate main aspects for burnout of the teaching staff of higher education institutions and compare results in different countries. Research methods: scientific publications analysis and survey of teaching staff on aspects related to burnout in higher education. Research results show data related in general on satisfaction of the workplace of the teaching staff, as well several aspects dominating in work organization.

Today, change and challenges are growing daily for managers. Having the ability to adjust quickly and retain talent to ensure the achievement of objectives and competitive advantage is critical. Internal communication is an internal practice that can be used strategically by the manager to improve several advantages for the employees and the organizations. Internal communication corresponds to all the ways of transmitting information, ideas, or emotion from different channels, like intranet, social media, and several others. Happiness at work is a powerful strategy that brings involved and committed employees to the organizations. This is a subjective construct in a way that depends on individual judgment. The authors develop a conceptual study that seeks to establish a relationship between IC and happiness at work. Both constructs were explored individually and listed the advantages. A final section was added to explore the relationship between the constructs, essentially through the advantages of both constructs.

Uncertainty, innovation, competitive advantage, globalization, and digitalization are some of the changes that have forced managers to rethink the way they manage their organizations. So, management models are beginning to emerge, focusing on human capital (employees). Happiness management arose as a new form of organizational culture, and the main objective is to ensure the well-being of employees by promoting positive experiences/emotions in the workplace. Artificial intelligence combines the ability to learn similarly to humans, with an even more extensive capacity than humans. Although its effects on employees still divide opinions, what is certain is that innovation in this area is increasingly common in organizations in a broad field.
