Introduction: Flourishing is living in a state where all aspects of one's life are good. The Flourishing Measure helps identify the level of development which aims to determine how high the flourishing level of nurses is so that the results of the flourishing level analysis can help improve the performance of nurses. Aims: This study is to conduct a literature review on flourishing in improving the performance of nurses. Methods: This study uses a literature study approach by screening 283 articles from Google Scholar, Elsevier, Sage, Springer, and emerald sources based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria set by the researcher. Results: Eight articles were used in this review, showing that flourishing helps improve nurse performance. The positive psychology of nurses can help nurses perform better with the influence of the environment and themselves. Conclusion: Flourishing owned by nurses can help improve nurses' performance, especially nurses with a high flourishing scale than nurses who have a low flourishing scale.
