“…In contrast to these views, the literature suggests that research investigating the possible impact of diversity on CTI scores is well under way. Studies of career thinking using the CTI have been reported with respect to disability status (Strauser, Lustig, & Uruk, 2004; Yanchak, Lease, & Strauser, 2005), learning disability (Dipeolu, 2007; Dipeolu, Reardon, Sampson, & Burkhead, 2002; Painter, Prevatt, & Welles, 2008), ethnicity or nationality (Grier‐Reed, Skaar, & Conkel‐Ziebell, 2009; Hirschi & Lage, 2008; Osborn, Howard, & Leierer, 2007), and age (Austin, Wagner, & Dahl, 2004).
