The objective of this research was to identify the relationships between the variables of job satisfaction, professional satisfaction, distributed leadership, and the perception of insecurity in academics at five universities located in the state of Guanajuato. The research was of a non-experimental type and, according to its temporality, cross-sectional, because it was developed at a specific moment. The study is also descriptive and correlational, because it analyzes the degree of association between the variables. Finally, an exploratory factor analysis study was carried out (AFE). The results revealed that the relationship between the variables of job satisfaction and professional satisfaction was positive and significant, the relationship between the variables of distributed leadership and the perception of insecurity was positive but not significant, and the relationship between the variables of the perception of insecurity and the distribution of leadership was positive and significant. The relationship between the perception of insecurity and job satisfaction was positive but not significant. In the analysis of the control variables of sex, marital status, type of university, and level of studies with the dependent variable of job satisfaction, statistical tests were carried out to verify the existence of the significant differences between the groups. Furthermore, this analysis was conducted in relation to the variables of sex, marital status, and type of university.

El objetivo es describir los fundamentos conceptuales del docente en relación con el liderazgo pedagógico que demuestran los docentes después de la post pandemia. La investigación se basó en una revisión bibliográfica de tipo descriptiva, en una población de 17 artículos científicos. El desarrollo de un liderazgo docente no solamente se da en el aula, sino que también debe propiciarse fuera del aula, fomentando la empatía, la convivencia escolar de tal manera que es necesario desarrollar las habilidades interpersonales que establecen los actores educativos, considerando la armonía y cumplimiento de las normas de convivencia, las capacidades que tienen los miembros de la comunidad educativa para lograr potenciar las habilidades sociales y el desarrollo del compromiso docente con la comunidad educativa.

Servant leadership falls in transformational leadership style. In this style leaders’ main purpose is to serve his people, customers, employees, societies and communities first. A good leader must be visionary, listen to problems of others and help them to solve it. Aim of the study is to investigate the moderating role of spirituality on relationship between servant leadership style and leadership effectiveness. In order to enhance leaders’ effectiveness servant leadership along with spirituality i.e. ethics are taken as predictors. This study is quantitative in nature. Survey approach is used. Self-administered questionnaire is used to collect the data from respondents in universities. Primary cross-sectional data is collected from the respondents from public and private sector universities. Primary data is called first hand data which is collected for the first time. Cross-sectional means data collected at point of time. Non probability snow ball sampling technique is used for collecting the sample size. SPSS is used for reliability, validity, and testing of hypotheses. Reliability is checked through Cronbach alpha. Findings revealed that scales used in the study are reliable and valid. Correlations are found significant but moderating effect is not significant. It is recommended that religious practices can enhance the effectiveness of leadership if teachers present their selves as role model to students Academicians, managers can take benefit from the findings of the study. Practitioners must raise awareness about spirituality and servant leadership style in conferences, seminars, workshops and training sessions.
