The rejuvenation of the atrophied breast

Abstract: Abstract. Most patients with atrophied breasts, who are treated by either augmentation alone or mastopexy alone, do not reach the expected, favorable results, The procedure ends with some frustration either by the patient, the surgeon or both. The proposed technique, using both augmentation and mastopexy, is simple, and results in a young, erect and good-looking female breast.
