The Rates of Incidence and Prevalence of Inflamatory Bowel Diseases in Bolu/Düzce Region: Retrospective Cohort Study Between 2004-2013

Abstract: Ülseratif kolitte ortalama yıllık insidans şehir kökenlilerde 2.91/10 5 iken, kırsal kökenlilerde 2.86/10 5 idi. Crohn hastalığında ise ortalama yıllık insidansı şehir kökenlilerde 1.37/10 5 iken, kırsal kökenlilerde 1.08/10 5 idi. Ortalama tanı yaşı her iki hastalıkta da benzer olup, en sık tanı alma yaşı (25-34) yaş grubundaydı. Sonuç: İnflamatuvar barsak hastalığı insidansının, Bolu/Düzce bölgesinde son 10 yıllık dönemde, kırsal kesimde daha fazla olmak üzere artış gösterdiği görülmektedir. Endüstrileşmenin… Show more
