Abstract: Bioluminescent testing of saliva of sports horses, selected before and after physical exercise, was carried out using a coupled enzyme reaction catalyzed by NADH:FMN-oxidoreductase and bacterial luciferase. The inhibitory effect of saliva on the intensity of the light emission was shown, which depended on an increase in the pH of saliva after muscle work.
