The Promising Potential of Sidoarjo Hot Mud as Additional Material for Concrete Lining Production

Abstract: The Lapindo hot mud in Sidoarjo, Indonesia (Lusi) has caused a detrimental effect on the environment and the community for more than 10 years. On the bright side, the waste mud contains a high amount of silica (SiO2) which makes it promising to be used as a concrete mix.
