The primary goal of this study is to experimentally examine the mediating role of customer trust in the impact of sustainable brand equity on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. We employed a quantitative methodology and designed a survey questionnaire to measure sustainable brand equity. The survey was administered to 220 construction material retailers in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our investigation focuses on how antecedents of sustainable brand equity influence customer perceptions of satisfaction and loyalty in the retail trade for building materials. We used structural equation modeling (SEM) in AMOS version 26 for the analysis. Our findings demonstrate that antecedents of sustainable brand equity (such as brand awareness, brand identification, physical quality, staff behavior, lifestyle congruence, and ideal self-congruence) directly and significantly influence customer trust. In turn, customer trust directly and significantly influences customer satisfaction and loyalty. Interestingly, while customer trust does not impact customer loyalty, customer satisfaction does, with a strong influence. Hence, customer loyalty is greatly affected by customer satisfaction. This study's significance lies in demonstrating how the development of sustainable brand equity affects trust, satisfaction, and loyalty among building material retailers. The emergence of customer trust as a mediator between sustainable brand equity, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty forms the focal point of this study.

Housing is an essential asset for households, and owning a home is a dream of many people, For a country with one of the largest populations in the world such as Vietnam, owning a house for low-income employees is even more desirable to low-income people. Many low-income people are disadvantaged groups in society, so building houses that meet the needs of disadvantaged groups always has a positive impact on socio-economic development. The aim of this study is to investigate and observe the effect of (1) sustainable service quality on sustainable construction, reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy, responsiveness, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty; (2) customer satisfaction on customer loyalty; and (3) customer satisfaction in mediating the relationship between sustainable service quality and customer loyalty. The investigation of sustainable service quality employed a survey for homeowner from sixty-three housing developer which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study will use a quantitative approach, where the research data that has been collected will be processed and examined using structural equation modeling (SEM) based on AMOS version 26. There are 215 homeowners assessed for this study. The results of this study revealed that Sustainable Service Quality elements namely sustainability construction, reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy, responsiveness significantly and directly influence customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction significantly influences customer loyalty. Finally, the significant of this study is to prove that the implementation of sustainability construction and service quality affecting homeowners’ satisfaction and loyalty.
