The process model of subjective quality assessment of videoconferencing in enterprise

Abstract: Videoconferencing is one of the most appropriate ways to transmit information online to participants not only during quarantine. This paper describes a novel process of evaluating the quality of videoconference. Time-consuming subjective measurements were supported by models and programs that simplified the preparation, testing, and processing of results.
