Abstract: The article is devoted to studying the problems of the machine-building enterprise development using the example of public joint stock company Taganrog Combine Plant “Krasny Kotelshchik” (PJSC TKZ “Krasny Kotelshchik”), located in the city of Taganrog, Rostov Region, Russian Federation.
