This study aimed to investigate the use of technology in enhancing the quality of Islamic higher education in Indonesia. A mixed-method approach, with a sequential explanatory design, was applied in this research. The participants in the quantitative research were 608 students from 10 provinces in Indonesia, while those in the qualitative approach were 23 students. The quantitative data were collected using a questionnaire, and the qualitative data were collected through interviews. The quantitative data were analyzed descriptively, while the qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which included collecting, reducing and displaying the data, and drawing conclusions. The findings showed that students’ perceptions of the use of technology in improving the quality of Islamic higher education were categorized into three parts. First, the technology used in enhancing the quality of delivering materials includes LMS (38%), Zoom meetings (30%), Google Meet (18%), and Google Classroom (14%). Second, the technology used in improving the quality of monitoring or learning direction includes WhatsApp (55%), Telegram (25%), Line (9%), and Google Classroom (11%). Third, the technology used to improve the quality of learning evaluation includes Kahoot (9%), Quizizz (10%), Google form (48%), Turnitin (28%), and computer-based tests (5%). In addition, the respondents gave a positive response to the use of technology in learning in Islamic higher education. The use of technology in Islamic higher education shows an increase. It eases the lecturers, students, and other stakeholders to provide a more outstanding quality of Islamic education.

Employees constitute the definitive business resource for enhancing product quality and service excellence and consequently amplifying customer satisfaction. Without adequate training and development (T&D), employees would invariably be inept at unleashing their full potential. This study investigated the mechanisms employed in T&D programs for rank-and-file employees of several hotels in Cebu City. The study employed a quantitative method in a descriptive research design obtaining information from 71 respondents. Slovin's approach and convenience sampling were used. The weighted mean was employed in tabulation and quantification process. The findings revealed that respondents considered programmed instructions, job rotation, job simulation, role modeling, lectures, and team training to be very effective in the training programs. The authors concluded that these mechanisms if appropriately and situationally tweaked and rationalized, will result in more precise and targeted response to training issues leading to service excellence and customer satisfaction. A set of appropriate recommendations was drafted for possible use by establishments similarly situated

Indonesia is a country that has the fourth largest population in the world. Indonesia is predicted to be one of the countries in the world that will experience the demographic bonus phenomenon in 2045. The demographic bonus in Indonesia in 2045 will be an opportunity if it can take advantage of it and will be a disaster if it cannot take advantage of it. Efforts to take advantage of the demographic bonus opportunity in Indonesia in 2045 are to equip or prepare the golden generation with education. The Muslim population is predominantly Muslim, so Islamic education management has an important role in preparing education for the golden generation who will become the next generation of the Indonesian nation. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review method. Systematic and interpreting methods are from books, scientific journals, blog posts, documents, and articles obtained by existing research questions following the themes and phenomena of interest, relevant research. The Literature Review data and information are used in research that aims to identify, review, and evaluate online media. The results of research using the Literature Review method revealed that Islamic education based on the Qur'an and Sunnah would be able to create a superior generation. This generation has identity/character and is useful for society.
