The Primary Spontaneous Pneumothorax trial: A critical appraisal from the surgeon's perspective

Abstract: Expectant management of moderate and large primary spontaneous pneumothorax may be reasonable with appropriate patient counseling, recognizing that a sizeable proportion still require intervention.
