Abstract: ObjectiveSevere fatigue is a prevalent and disabling symptom in multiple sclerosis (MS). This study tested if a fatigue‐ and physical activity‐related attentional bias (AB) and a somatic interpretation bias (IB) are present in severely fatigued patients with MS.
