The social features of leadership and its influence on the development of organizations have long been an important and relevant research topic by scientists in effective management. This trend is related to the provision of research on practical tools managers use to achieve high economic results in a managed system. The humanization of processes in the organization and the manager’s focus on employee development contribute to the formation of the organization’s competitiveness and financial stability. The bibliometric analyses helped investigate the bibliographic characteristics of scientific works that reveal the content of the networking process and the practicality of its use in the social phenomenon of leadership. The bibliometric analyses proposed in the article show the quantitative indicators of the document flow in management to establish logical patterns between the broad management concept of «leadership» and the social features of the idea of «network leadership». The proposed study contributes to forming an informational scientific flow in the field of studying the development of various topical areas of leadership to increase organizations’ financial results by targeting the manager to improve the conditions for the social resource in the managed system. Studying the development of network leadership allows you to consider all the positive aspects and correct certain shortcomings in this modern leadership direction. The proposed work highlights and analyses general concepts that connect the Networking category with the phenomenon of Network Leadership in organizations where managers focus on the social component of the managed organizational system – Social capital. The identified general definitions are the basis for effective manager activity. The study is helpful for managers who strive to achieve high results in management activities through the development of each organization member. The development of the professional potential of employees is an indicator of an effective manager and the basis for achieving the organization’s goals.

In conditions of fierce market competition, changing business environment, digitalization and remote workplaces, managerial accounting plays an increasingly important role in facilitating effective monitoring of a company’s activities, making optimal decisions, achieving its goals and development. The paper deals with identifying main trends of scientific and public interest in managerial accounting. Bibliometric analysis is made to determine interconnected clusters of multidisciplinary research in connection with which managerial accounting is considered, and to investigate dynamics in scientific interest on this issue based on tools of Scopus and WoS databases and VosViewer software (the sample of 10,495 articles, including 3,586 in Scopus for 1941–2022 and 6,909 in WoS for 1953–2022). These identified interconnections proved the significance of the managerial accounting component in the system of a company’s management, showed dominate place and described its multidimensionality. In particular, six defined clusters reflect key scientific and practical fields, goals, tasks, potential effects, and risks of managerial accounting. Based on analytical analysis using Google Trends (from 2004 to present) and Google Books Ngram Viewer (for 1800–2019), dynamics and trends of public interest on the issue of managerial accounting were also explored and visualized. The highest level of public interest in managerial accounting was indicated in Jordan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Egypt, Thailand, Korea, the USA, and Canada.

The study aims to discuss the impact of the analysis of events after the reporting date (subsequent events) on management decision-making. In the interval between the end of the reporting period and the publication of the annual financial report, company management may learn about events that either occurred during the reporting period but were previously unknown or occurred when the financial report was already prepared but not approved. The consequences of these events can be so serious that they require adjustments to the financial statements, changes in the company’s strategy and tactics, and radical management transformations. The paper structures such events depending on their impact on business performance and the procedure for reporting and identifies the determinants and mechanisms for their analysis and correct accounting. To assess the complex impact of events after the reporting period on the financial results of a company, an integral indicator is proposed, a set of management measures is defined in accordance with the values of this indicator, and the mechanism for its calculation and use is demonstrated on the example of a hypothetical scenario. The sensitivity analysis of this indicator to fluctuations in the weighting coefficients of its components was performed using the Monte Carlo method. In an environment where transparency, accountability, trust between key stakeholders, adaptability, and proactivity are crucial for effective management, this indicator can be used as an effective metric that is taken into account by auditors, regulators, clients, investors, company management, etc.
