The power of woman-to-woman mentorship in creating long-term changes in biodiversity conservation in Southeast Asia

Abstract: Growing evidence indicates that women’s involvement and leadership are important to creating inclusive conservation programs, increasing likelihood of success, and achieving sustainability.
