Abstract:The mandate for investment in the Sharia Capital Market sector is clearly stated in the Aceh Governor Regulation No.8 of 2022 concerning the Management of Zakat and Infaq. the investment of infaq funds is carried out by the BMA Secretariat in the form and sector of shares, Sukuk, waqf empowerment, economic businesses, health, sharia deposits, education, and other investments.
