Abstract:This study aimed to find out the possible effect of downy mildew infection of lettuce plants in powder form on experimental rats. Thirty adult white male rats , each weighing (110-140 ) g , were used and divided into 5 equal groups (sex rats in each group). The first group is the negative control group. As for the other groups, healthy and infected lettuce leaves were added, used at a rate of 5% and 10% each of the main meal in crushed form.
