Abstract: The Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa (BRICS) nations lack a cohesive cybersecurity framework for intelligence exchange. The proposed expansion of the BRICS bloc calls for a BRICS+ agency dedicated to cybersecurity information sharing and analysis.
