Abstract:Alzheimers disease (AD), often accompanied by sleep disturbances, is a neurodegenerative disease. Sleep disruptions have the potential to serve as biomarkers for early diagnosis because they can be observed in the initial stages of disease progression in the sleep-wake cycle.
