The possibility to obtain ZnSe crystals with high structural perfection for cryogenic bolometric technics

Abstract: In this work the samples of ZnSe zinc selenide crystal grown from the melt by Bridgman method from high-purity (chemical and radio) raw materials were studied for further use in experiments on the search for neutrinoless double beta decay. The microstructure of the test samples was studied.
