The positive inotropic effect of compound II, a novel analogue of sotalol, on guinea‐pig papillary muscles and single ventricular myocytes

Abstract: 1 Compound II is a novel analogue of sotalol which has been reported to be free of ,-adrenoceptor and L-type calcium channel blocking actions.
