Abstract:The hydrothermal approach was carried out to make sodium doped (atom wt. % 0.05, 0.15, 0.25) copper II oxide Nanocrystallite. The one-dimensional twinning/Brazil (2 0 0) plane in the direction of {1 1 0} has been identified in CuO Nanocrystallite space group (C2/c). The visibility of sharp intense peak appears at 19.09o (2-Theta) in powder X-ray diffraction pattern.
