The Perceived Leadership Communication Questionnaire (PLCQ): Development and Validation

Abstract: The Perceived Leadership Communication Questionnaire (PLCQ) is a short, reliable, and valid instrument for measuring leadership communication from both perspectives of the leader and the follower.
