The pedicled sartorius flap and mesh (PSM) technique vs no reconstruction in repairing the defect after type III pelvic bone tumor resection: a retrospective study

Abstract: Background Type III pelvic bone tumor resections are often accompanied by postoperative complications. In order to reduce complications, we developed a novel pedicled sartorius flap and mesh (PSM) technique to reconstruct the pelvic ring defect.
