Abstract

The range of qualifications includes certificates (one semester full-time), diplomas (two years full-time), undergraduate degrees (three years full-time) and post graduate degrees (two years full-time). The changing nature of the student population, the increasing diversity of the discipline, the wider range of courses and the tr6nd towards electronic delivery means that we need to constantly review methods for selection and counseling students to appropriate courses of study, student support, delivery methods, pastoral care, teaching practices and professional development needs of faculty.
