Abstract: The BTBR T + Itpr3 tf /J (BTBR) mouse displays elevated repetitive motor behaviors. Treatment with the partial M 1 muscarinic receptor agonist, CDD-0102A, attenuates stereotyped motor behaviors in BTBR mice.
