The Parametric X‐Ray Radiation in Case of Three‐Wave Asymmetric Diffraction

Abstract

The spectral and angular distributions of parametric X-ray radiation from relativistic electrons in the case of three-wave asymmetric coplanar diffraction are obtained. A detailed numerical calculation of angular and spectral distributions in Si is derived for the case of arbitrary angle of particle incidence on the crystal target surface.
